Dr. Kama Porcelli, PT, DPT, PCS, NTMTC Owner & Pediatric Physical Therapist

Dr. Kama Porcelli, PT, DPT, PCS, NTMTC opened More Than Words Physical Therapy, LLC in 2022 to provide families and children throughout Northern and Central Delaware with greater access to high-quality Pediatric Physical Therapy services. This practice remains one of the only mobile outpatient Pediatric Therapy practices in the state. 

Dr. Kama has devoted 17+ years of her career to helping infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children and their families meet their gross motor and mobility goals. She is passionate about family/client centered care and ensuring that your family receives nothing less than the very best. Dr. Kama is a Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and completed additional training to be certified in Neonatal Touch and Massage. Dr. Kama recently created one-of-a-kind gross motor movement Classes for infants - preschoolers in collaboration with Evolution Karate Academy. The Evolution Cubs Community now has more than 800 members.

Dr. Kama is married to her husband, Dr. Jim Porcelli, PT, DPT. Together they have two young children and a dog named Chess.

Dr. Sarah Richards, PT, DPT

Pediatric Physical Therapist

Dr. Sarah Richards, PT, DPT has over 6 years of experience practicing Physical Therapy in Pediatrics.  Most of her work in Pediatrics has been with Delaware’s Early Intervention Program which provides therapy services to children (from birth - 3 years old) and their families in their natural environment. She's also worked in a variety of other settings including home health pediatrics, adult inpatient rehab and adult acute care. 

Dr. Sarah is passionate about early parent education and support which led her to create The Baby Movement Coach, LLC. Through this wellness-focused business, Dr. Sarah provides in-home & virtual Tummy Time & Milestone Support, Flat Head Prevention/Early Correction Support and Community Classes to help parents confidently navigate their baby's development from the very beginning.  Some of her popular Classes include Little Baby Tummy Time, Little Baby Movement Class and Baby Cubs. Dr. Sarah now works closely with Dr. Kama to provide our local families with specialized care in the treatment of Torticollis, Plagiocephaly & Delayed Milestones.

Dr. Sarah is married to her husband, Josh, and together they have two young daughters.

Dr. Noelle Rogers, PT, DPT

Pediatric Physical Therapist

Noelle has been a Physical Therapist for 18 years, starting her career at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, then Christiana Hospital and finally transitioning to the home-care setting. She is committed to working with children in a 1:1 setting within the comfort of their home or childcare center to achieve patient and family goals and developmental milestones. 

Dr. Noelle is married to her husband, Jeff Rogers PT, DPT and together they have 3 children.
